❤️ Self Compassion Put Simply ❤️

A nice and simple way to look at Self Compassion, this may be a small start in the right direction.
Chinese Medicine, often focuses on the body as a whole. This may translate to 'what you are thinking about: yourself, life and health etc.' as a result, this may be effecting your general well being.
The body may be viewed as an amazing instrument, often capable of change. Even small changes such as, I will eat smaller portions more frequently or I think I will go for a walk today because I feel like some fresh air. These may be simple changes, that make positive changes to your overall health and outlook on life.
