This is a great little article, for tips and tricks to hopefully increase general well being this spring and it's lead up. Only a few weeks away!
The Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SITCM) expresses:
Eat green 💚 coloured foods like E.g leafy green vegetables such as rocket to help your Liver Blood.
Daily walk ( 20 minutes or more), which may enhance your Liver Qi. The liver likes to spread it's qi in. Also in a non - hindered manner.
Balance and harmonise your Liver Qi e.g maybe acupuncture 😉
Consider maybe, remedial massage therapy. According to the Australian Natural Therapists Association, massage may stimulate the circulation, releases toxins and tensions, and may strengthen the immune system etc.
🌸💐🌹Spring correlates to the element “wood.” In the spring, the wood element begins to expand, just as flowers and plants breakthrough the earth. This may translate to humans starting new projects, clean house, and removal of clutter.
The force and energy of spring and the rush of enthusiasm presented. However, this may lead to excessive energy in the upper body, such as headaches, tinnitus, or migraines. Furthermore, Wood element imbalance may result in blurred vision, abdominal pain, depression, fatigue and more.
Lastly a fun fact: The Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation describes the liver organ is exuberant in the Spring. This energy may move energy up and outward freely. This may be a reminder of the branches of a tree, hence the relationship to wood.
Kind Regards
