Hi All,
At Northwood Clinic of Acupuncture Sydney Lane Cove, your health is always a priority. Everybody may be busy, so I have created a few tips below to help you out, this may be simple yet very effective tips. Happy to help!
What to Avoid during Winter:
1) Cold ❄️ and Raw Foods( 🥗)
during Cooler Months, (difficulty to digest and may weaken the body's resistance to the). E.g 🍣sushi, salads 🥗
2) Excess Sugar 🍬and processed foods 🍞🍰
( fried and greasy even more so 🍟🌯
(may weaken the immune system, should be limited).
3) Dairy 🍦🥛
May cause phlegm and mucus 🤧 buildup, especially during autumn and winter.
4) Excessive Dry Foods e.g 🍚, 🍝, 🍘
As the lungs may prefer a somewhat moist environment
Everything in moderation is a good additional tip to add to ☺️
