The Full Story
I had my first acupuncture treatment at age six and fell in love! it's always a pleasure to share this experience with clients. It was this personal patient to practitioner overlap which helped me better understand clients on a deeper level to achieve their own health goals.
Over the years, I have continued on this health journey and don't see that stopping anytime soon. This intention for improved health and wellbeing, has formulated my extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine via decades of informative mentoring and continual education in various areas of health and science. This further lead to studying at a Sydney University, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Health Science in 2008.
Each day I am inspired to find new ways to improve the health and well being of my clients. I aspire to encourage all people to use their own bodies to relax, heal and regenerate. Key focus is also placed on the mind, body and spirit of clients via the support of Chinese Medicine and personalised Lifestyle Advice.
"Chinese Medicine treats the whole body holistically (mind, body and spirit) in order to restore homoeostasis known as'general well being'. "
