I thought I would check in, while you all "tune in" this lovely Tuesday (which just so happens to be the last day of Winter ❄️). I hope you all spring into Spring 🌸


Over the past weekend, I attended a Webinar hosted by Beyond Blue. It was an informative and insightful webinar, which better informed small business owners and TCM practitioners about taking care of their own mental health and wellbeing.


Most of the information addressed in the Beyond Blue webinar could be extended to patients and everyone whom require support for their own mental health and well being. I hope this may help you πŸ™‚


I thought it would be beneficial to you all by share the top five key components from this webinar which may help support your mental health and wellbeing:


1) Always Ask for help, this is the first and most important step.

2) Be kind to yourself e.g have a treat once a week πŸ™‚ πŸ₯ͺπŸ©πŸ’

3) Everyone needs to focus on their own mental health daily.

4) Be patient, things take time to change.

5) Seek help, after asking for help, it is very important to actually seek help, such as calling Beyond Blue.
